🌍 Edible Oil Prices Set to Rise in Bangladesh from Tomorrow

Edible oil prices in the local market have been increased by Tk3-13 per litre, effective from tomorrow (14 October).

Starting tomorrow, consumers in Bangladesh will see a rise in edible oil prices by Tk3–13 per litre, following adjustments linked to global market trends.

According to a statement from the Bangladesh Vegetable Oil Refiners and Vanaspati Manufacturers Association, signed by Executive Officer Md Nurul Islam Molla, the revised prices are as follows:

• 🛢️ 1-litre bottled soybean oil: Tk195 (previously Tk189)

• 🛢️ 5-litre bottled soybean oil: Tk945

• 🛢️ Loose soybean oil: Tk177 per litre (previously Tk174)

• 🌴 Loose palm oil: Tk163 per litre (previously Tk150)

The association stated that the new rates were set in consultation with the Ministry of Commerce to ensure alignment with rising international market prices.

बांग्लादेश वेजिटेबल ऑयल रिफाइनर्स एंड वनस्पति मैन्युफैक्चरर्स एसोसिएशन द्वारा जारी प्रेस विज्ञप्ति में, कार्यकारी अधिकारी एम.डी. नुरुल इस्लाम मोल्ला ने नई कीमतें इस प्रकार बताई हैं:

• 🛢️ 1 लीटर बोतलबंद सोयाबीन तेल: Tk195 (पहले Tk189)

• 🛢️ 5 लीटर बोतलबंद सोयाबीन तेल: Tk945

• 🛢️ ढीला सोयाबीन तेल: Tk177 प्रति लीटर (पहले Tk174)

• 🌴 ढीला पाम तेल: Tk163 प्रति लीटर (पहले Tk150)

संघ ने बताया कि नई दरें वाणिज्य मंत्रालय से परामर्श के बाद तय की गई हैं, ताकि ये अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजार की प्रवृत्तियों के अनुरूप रहें।
